Welcome to Transformational Wisdom. By engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. Transformational Wisdom provides coaching, preparation, and integration support for individuals exploring personal growth. However, our services do not include the facilitation, provision, or encouragement of illegal substance use. We also do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Payment for services is required in full before each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments exclusively through Zelle and Venmo, and all payments must be sent to the designated account provided upon booking. If payment is not received before the scheduled session, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at our discretion. Clients must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, and no-shows are considered non-refundable. In the event that Transformational Wisdom needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.

We prioritize client confidentiality and will never share personal information without explicit consent, except in cases where disclosure is legally required, such as imminent harm to self or others. More details on our confidentiality practices can be found in our Privacy Policy.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that Transformational Wisdom’s offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only. You assume full responsibility for your choices, experiences, and well-being. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your engagement with our services. Any discussions related to psychedelic substances are strictly for harm reduction and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as encouragement or facilitation of use.

We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients. Therefore, we expect participants to engage with honesty and respect, adhere to professional boundaries, and conduct themselves appropriately during sessions. Any form of inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Any changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these modifications.
